I have defaulted on my direct debit – how can I pay for this?

If you chose to spread the cost of your insurance premium by instalments and have missed a payment, we have highlighted the ways you can pay Granite Finance (Granite) and also the support options which may be available if you cannot pay in full.

 

How do I make a payment?

Pay Online

You can pay your outstanding balance due to Granite now by simply logging into your portal by clicking the button below. All you need is your debit or credit card and to register your account if you have not already done so.

Spread the cost of your payment

We understand that some of our customers may be experiencing financial difficulties and other uncertainties. We are here to help our customers through difficult times so have worked with Granite to provide you with different support options.

For example, if you cannot pay in full now, you may be able to split your missed payment into 3 weekly instalments or pay half now and half next week.

We strongly encourage you to not delay taking advantage of the support options available, as some options will only be available for a limited time.

Need to change your payment date?

You can request to change your payment date by clicking the button below. If you do wish to change an upcoming payment date, please make sure you submit your request at least 7 working days before your current Direct Debit is due.

Have you cancelled your Direct Debit instruction?

In addition to bringing your payments up to date, it is important that if you have cancelled your Direct Debit instruction at the bank, that you restart this instruction. This will enable the successful collection of any future remaining Direct Debit payments you have and to avoid any further fees resulting from any future missed Direct Debit payments.
